I started my career in the Insurance Industry more than 5 years ago because helping people is my passion. Nothing is better than protecting families and their possessions and knowing that if or when something happens, they will be covered. I love my job because I get to turn customers into friends and clients into family.
I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University before receiving my MBA from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Education has always been important to me, that’s why I make sure that our agency works with our clients to educate them on their policies. That way, our clients can make the most informed decisions possible when it comes to choosing their coverage.
When I’m not in the office, you can definitely find me at home watching the History Channel or reading a book. Ghost stories are my favorite! I enjoy learning new things and trying new experiences. In my free time, I like to ride my motorcycle through the countryside and enjoy the natural scenery. Community service is something that I think every person should participate in. For instance, I am passionate about feeding the hungry so I frequently volunteer at the Free Store Food Bank.
I originally grew up in Springdale, Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Before my career in the insurance industry, I worked in the area of financial securities. Because of my previous experience, becoming a part of the insurance industry felt like a natural fit to me. I obtained my life insurance license in 2004 and my property and casualty license in 2013.
My favorite part about my job is talking to our customers and helping them find the best coverage for wherever they are in their journey through life. There is a feeling of satisfaction that comes with knowing they are protected. That’s why my job is so rewarding—I get to help people every single day! When I am not at the office, you can find me with my family, attending my kid’s events, or traveling. I am passionate about traveling the world and love to experience different cultures. Volunteering in the community is something that is very important to me and my family. I love assisting my local church with volunteer activities throughout the year, such as lending a helping hand at Matthew 25 Ministries.
I am proud of my role as a trusted insurance advisor and dedicated professional. I’m licensed to service clients with their Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance needs. Family values are something that I hold very close to my heart. I take care of families and ensure they’re properly protected for whatever life may throw at them.
I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and I graduated from The Ohio State University and later received an MBA from Xavier University. What I love most about my job is educating our clients about insurance so their families, assets and interests are safe and sound. Some hobbies of mine include reading, jigsaw puzzles and swimming. In fact, I spend the majority of my spare time at the swimming pool, all year long, either indoor or outdoor! My guilty pleasure is definitely shopping—clothes, makeup, cookware, home goods, books…anything, you name it!
Something I am very passionate about is volunteering in the community, especially at my local church. Nothing brings me greater joy than being involved with activities that service my church as well as the community in general.
I have been in the insurance industry for a little over a year, mainly focusing on improving our customers’ experience. In our agency, customers are more than numbers on a spreadsheet, they’re like family to us. That’s why I always put their needs first and work as hard as I can to assure our clients that they have adequate coverage for the things they love most in life.
I grew up in Kentucky and have taught high school and college for 20 years. I have always enjoyed being a trusted advisor to my students; now, I get to do that for our clients! At our agency, trust is an essential component to the service we provide. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that our clients put their trust in us to keep them protected. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time in nature and being with my family. A hobby of mine is collecting antiques, I find them fascinating! Something everyone knows about me is that I love dogs—especially my adorable terrier mix. That’s why I am passionate about ending animal abuse and finding forever homes for dogs.
